  My children started at the nursery October 2018. From start to finish my children’s experience at the nursery was very poor. Staff aren’t aware of danger and children’s surroundings resulting in my child having an injury almost every day including trapped fingers in doors and stuck behind benches etc which on numerous occasions was not reported properly. The nursery is unclean, and children are at triple risk of infection and illness all year round which puts working parents out of pocket. My daughter who was very forward and usually keen to learn had stopped thriving after attending the nursery, and wasn’t learning anything new, activities were just repeated and there is no encouragement with the children. ParentZone is updated once in a blue moon. Higher up staff, are extremely rude and patronising, not enough information is given... Invoices are discussed between staff and left unattended in no envelope within the nursery setting. Not very confidential.
